PMI Leadership & Practice Management Training

As part of its ongoing leadership initiatives, Manifold Leadership conducted annual leadership development training for Empower Children’s Clinic, bringing together staff, management, billers, and virtual assistants (VAs) across multiple locations.

The training included focused development across key functional roles such as front office teams, medical assistants, billing teams, and practice management, supporting continued growth in both leadership capacity and operational effectiveness.

PMI-based leadership and practice management training content was used to guide structured learning, alongside collaborative discussions that allowed teams to align on practical applications and shared standards.

The training focused on improving internal systems, strengthening coordination across roles, and reinforcing consistent processes within a growing healthcare organization.
